What We Do
We specialize in Learner-Centered Instruction that ensures students are not passive recipients of knowledge but active participants in their learning. At its core, this approach prioritizes student agency, voice, and ownership, recognizing that students must read, write, speak, and think critically to thrive both personally and professionally. In a truly learner-centered environment, everyone in the educational community, students and practitioners alike, is engaged in continuous learning. The goal is an education that empowers people to be fully human - to think, to question, to connect, and to lead lives of meaning, choice, and dignity.

Student-Centered Pedagogical Practices
We team up with educational communities as thought partners, advocates, and collaborators in advancing learner-centered instruction. Our work supports all stakeholders across the system, helping to align vision, practice, and outcomes around shared instructional goals.
We coach, mentor, and uplift educators as they engage in deep, meaningful pedagogical work. To ensure equitable access, we offer a sliding scale for our services because every educational community deserves high-quality, context-responsive professional learning.
Our Services
-
Consultation
We collaborate with stakeholders to provide virtual and in-person consultation that supports strategic planning for instructional initiatives. Services may include conducting needs assessments, monitoring progress, and co-creating professional learning experiences.
-
Instructional Coaching
We provide virtual and in-person, job-embedded coaching aligned to targeted instructional priorities in the strategic plan. Coaching is offered to both individuals and communities of practice, with a focus on building capacity through sustained mentoring and feedback
-
Professional Learning Design and Facilitation
We design and facilitate professional learning experiences for all stakeholders across the spine of a system. Additionally, in partnership with instructional leaders, we co-plan and implement contextualized professional development aligned to the instructional vision and school context.
-
Needs Assessment and Instructional Visioning
We partner with instructional leaders to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment through classroom visits, data analysis, and focus groups to identify instructional trends and gaps. Based on the findings, we co-develop an instructional vision with clear priorities and benchmarks to drive impact.
-
Curriculum Implementation
We support schools through every phase of curriculum implementation, including adoption, piloting, launching, and sustaining. Our job-embedded support helps educators not only learn and facilitate the curriculum but also deepen the pedagogical practices required to implement it with integrity and student-centered impact.
Impact
-
"I feel more empowered to take steps toward helping our school have a strong instructional vision for next year and to bring everyone onboard so we are all aligned with the same goal. This is especially true in regards to MLLs and how we can best support them and adapt our environment to be better suited towards their needs."

“Tracy has been excellent in moving the needle in Aldine by continuously pushing our coaches to address the mindsets and beliefs of teachers, Instructional Specialists, and administrators in order to create a more rigorous classroom experience for students. She has done this through our coaching conversations, learning walks, and professional development opportunities-- both the ones she facilitated and the ones we would collaboratively present to others.”
